This policy explains what personal information URD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Up Rank Digital”, “we”, “us”) collects through uprankdigital.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we collect what you enter:
- Name, email address and phone number (required)
- Business name and website address (optional)
- The services you select and any message you write (optional)
You do not need an account, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site.
Information collected automatically
Alongside a form submission we record:
- The page address you submitted the form from
- Your browser user-agent string, used to identify automated spam
- The date and time of the submission
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant sends the messages you type to an AI model provider so it can generate a reply. Please do not enter confidential information, passwords or payment details into the chat.
Chat conversations are not saved to our database. The transcript is kept only in your own browser for the current session and disappears when you close the tab, or immediately if you use the clear-conversation button. If you choose to share contact details in chat, treat that the same as submitting the form.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about
- To understand what you need so we can suggest a suitable scope of work
- To detect and block spam submissions
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes your information
We use a small number of established service providers. They process data on our instructions only:

Some of these providers operate servers outside India, so your information may be processed abroad under their own safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising cookies. It stores two things in your own browser:
- Your light or dark theme choice, so the site looks the same next visit
- Your current chat conversation, cleared when the tab closes
Neither is used to track you across other websites, and clearing your browser data removes both. Where website analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may also set its own cookies to measure visits; you can block these with your browser settings or a browser extension.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS, the database restricts public access to submitting a new enquiry only, and API credentials are held server-side rather than in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you

Children
This website offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
